In addition to race truck fabrication we provide 4×4 conversions on FORD chases. Our 4×4 conversion use all FORD Superduty parts and include-
- Inspected Dana 60 front axle (2005-2012)
- Reconditioned transfer case NP271
- Custom built and balanced driveshafts
- Shortened fuel tank
- New extended brake lines
- New brakes and ABS sensors
- Rerouted exhaust on gas engines
- We provide 4in, 6in and 8in lifts (coil or spring)
- We fabricate all our own custom brackets and hardware mounts along with custom winch bumpers and roof racks
Note: 4×4 conversions are on hold during BAJA 500/1000 race seasons.
